CANCER PATIENT PARTNERS UP WITH WIRELESS SECURITY SYSTEM FOR A LONGER LIFE
June 15, 2010 – 3:37 amOne of the cancer patients I service within their homes have been on morphine doses due to the severity of her cancer case. As part of her cancer medication to manage the pain, she needed to be under morphine on a more regular basis, so I can just understand how the calming of the pain leads to longer bed rests and sleeps. For her family and her own personal reasons, she has declined in-hospital treatments and her affluent family seemed to be in full support of her home treatments both financially and morally.
It was her schedule to be administered her next pain treatment and to begin a series of tests on that day that I went to visit her. Her front door was wide open, and her house seemed abnormally topsy turvy. I got to her bedside and tried waking her up so her medication was well on time. After mentioning that her house was in a full mess, she was alarmed because none of her family visited her any sooner than I did. In the absence of
security systems she could have even be in much danger.
Apparently the incident brought her to the immediate installation of one of the best Wireless Security Systems. Her cancer was a more acceptable way for her to pass away according to her, and not a criminal would take her want for a longer life.
